A form submission, chat message, email or phone call is only a request for contact or discussion. It is not an order, quote acceptance, invoice, payment obligation, public offer acceptance or binding service agreement.
2. Service directions
RQS.DEV may work with CMS, CRM, cloud infrastructure, web and application development, AI/LAB prototypes, technical audits, support, integrations and related project communication.
3. Separate written terms
If RQS and a client decide to move forward, scope, deliverables, timeline, responsibilities, intellectual property, confidentiality, support and any commercial terms must be confirmed in a separate written agreement outside the website.
4. Visitor responsibilities
Please provide accurate contact details and a clear project message. Do not send passwords, production secrets, payment card data, government IDs, health data or other sensitive information through the public form or chat.
5. Intellectual property
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, RQS retains its pre-existing code, frameworks, know-how, reusable modules, internal tools, concepts and general engineering methods.
6. Confidentiality and data
Public website channels are intended for initial inquiries only. Confidential project data, credentials and regulated information should be handled only through separately approved secure channels and, when needed, a separate NDA or data processing agreement.
