RQS.DEV is the public website and online project intake interface for RQS LLC (“RQS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when a visitor uses this website, sends a project request, writes to RQS LINK chat, changes cookie preferences, or contacts us by email or phone.
The website is not an online store and does not process orders, sales, subscriptions, invoices, checkout payments or payment card data. The public project form is used only to receive contact and project inquiry information.

The controller for this website is RQS LLC. Privacy requests can be sent to info@rqs.dev. Please write “Privacy Request” in the subject line and include enough information for us to identify the relevant record.
2. Personal information we collect
- Project form data: name, phone number, selected country/country code, selected project topic and message/comment.
- RQS LINK and direct contact data: chat messages, email content, phone communication details and any project information you choose to send.
- Website and device data: IP address, approximate location derived from IP, page URL, referrer, browser, device type, operating system, timestamps, security logs and form submission metadata.
- Cookie and preference data: cookie consent status, selected cookie categories, language/interface preferences and local/session storage values needed for the interface.
We do not intentionally request Social Security numbers, government IDs, payment card numbers, account passwords, protected health information, biometric identifiers, precise geolocation or other sensitive personal information through the public forms. Please do not submit such data through the website.
3. Sources of information
We collect information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, from cookie/preference tools, and from service providers that support hosting, security, communications, analytics or project management.

5. Disclosure to third parties

We do not use website payment processors because the website does not accept payments.
6. No sale or targeted advertising
RQS.DEV does not currently sell personal information, share personal information for targeted advertising, or use the website for automated profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. 7. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Typical retention periods are: inquiry and chat records for up to 36 months after the last meaningful interaction; cookie consent records for up to 12 months or until replaced; and security logs for a shorter operational period unless needed for investigation, legal compliance or dispute resolution.

The website is intended for business and professional visitors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 and do not knowingly process personal information of minors for targeted advertising or sale.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate for a contact-oriented website. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy when the website, data practices, service providers or legal requirements change. The Effective date above shows when this version became effective.
